How does valet parking with Park2Fly work?
You book online and on the day you travel you drive straight to the agreed handover point at Hamburg Airport. There, a member of the Park2Fly team takes charge of your car and parks it in our parking area. After you land, we bring the car back to the handover point and you drive straight home.
Where does the car handover take place?
The handover takes place at a fixed handover point right at Hamburg Airport. You will receive the exact meeting point with your booking confirmation.
Do I have to drive to an off-site car park or wait for a shuttle?
No. That is the essence of valet parking: you drive your own car straight to the airport and hand it over to us there. There is no shuttle ride, no transfers and no moving your luggage from car to bus.
Is the condition of my car documented at handover?
Yes. At the handover, a report recording the condition of the car and the mileage is completed together with you. That gives both sides a clear record of the handover.
How do I get my car back after landing?
After landing, just give us a quick call – for example once you have your luggage – on +49 1575 8488183. We then bring your car to the agreed handover point, where you collect it and drive straight off.
Why should I provide my flight number?
With your flight number we can keep an eye on your arrival and prepare the return of your car, even if your flight schedule changes.
